Specifications

Design :              SMACO Hoists are designed as per IS-3938 for Class-II, III, IV, operations.
Motors :              We offer 1/2 hr/ 1hr. rated totally enclosed motors Confirming to
                           IS-325 with comparatively higher H.P and high starting torque,
                           flange mounted type to suit our design and with Class F insulation.
Gear Box :          Reductions are through helical gears for efficient & smooth running of Hoist.
                           Complete gear train is oil immersed.
Rope Drum :       Rope Drum is manufactured from seamless pipe machined and
                           grooved on working surface. The drum is supported on two
                           deep groove ball/roller bearings.
Bearings :           Ball/Roller-Antifriction Bearings of reputed make i.e. SKF/ or equivalent are used
                           on all rotating parts. Heavy duty bearings selected, so that rated life of
                           bearings is more than 9000 hrs.
Trolleys :             Push-pull, Hand geared or motorised trolleys of adjustable type &
                           fitted with Ball Bearings are made to suit recommended size of Beams.
Hoisting Speed : We offer hoisting speed as per customer's requirement to save time &
                           increase productivity.
Limit Switches :  Snap action type limit switches are provided to avoid over hoisting and over lowering,
                           actuated by Rope Guide. C.T Limit switches also can be provided as an
                           optional feature.

Control Panel : Housed in sheet metal covering and provided with
a] L & T/ Siemens/ BCH/ GEC make Triple Pole reversing contractors
b] Triple pole thermal overload relays of auto-reset type in power circuit
c] Cartridge type fuses in control circuit
d] Step-down Transformer to give 24/110 Volts max. for pendant control

Attachment : We can also provide extra special attachments on request like
a] Flexible Trolley to negotiate curved tracks
b] Slow hoisting/ travel speeds
c] Brakes on Cross-travel motors

Power winches are manufactured as per clients requirements

*  Explosion Proof hoists upto 15 ton capacity are manufactured by us in accordance with
   IS Standards. These are even exported to foreign countries
*  Explosion -proof Cage/ Goods Lifts are also manufactured by us in accordance
   with the clients requirement.      

Company has also exported Hoists & Cranes to Jakarta - Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Mauritius through well known export houses. Company envisage huge export market in Gulf Region & Other developing Asian Countries & receiving enquiries from far eastern countries
